SHIPPING, PACKAGING & RETURNS

Shipping: We only ship within the United States and regular shipping is included in the price. Items will be shipped up to 3 working days after the purchase has been completed. Resized rings will be shipped up to 3 working days after the resizing service has concluded.

Packaging: All jewels come in an eco-friendly hard paper box, with our logo on it.

Returns: We have a 7-day return policy, counting from the day you receive your jewel. This does not apply for resized rings where returns are not possible. Please get in contact with us to support you with your return.
